Dr. Fabian received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, he then graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Fabian did his residency at the University of Tennessee in General Surgery and his fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. Followed by 1 year microsurgical fellowship in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Fabian had a private practice in Atlanta, GA for 12 years focused on Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. He served as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. He moved to the Lowcountry 10 years ago with his wife and 3 daughters.
