Melissa received her BSN from Armstrong Atlantic State University and MSN from South University. Her nursing career began as an RN in 2010. She completed her master’s in nursing in 2020. Melissa has a multi-faceted medical career in wound care, emergency medicine, diagnostic imaging, and pain management. She has worked in a variety of settings including emergency department, outpatient imaging, long term and acute care. Melissa has had a passion for aesthetic medicine for many years and was certified in injectables. She has also been trained in microneedling along with PRP. She loves aesthetics because of the confidence it brings back to her patients. Melissa combines her medical expertise with an aspiration to empower her patients.
